Itinerary

Arrival

The Bridge and Groom arrive on Saturday August 4th at about 7pm.
The Bride’s family arrives Saturday August 4th @ about 7pm
The Groom’s family arrives Sunday August 5th.

Monday, August 6th

Welcome Party from 5 - 9pm

The Bride, the Groom and their families would like to welcome you to a week of island paradise and celebration with a vegan and gluten free friendly BBQ! It will be outside on the grounds of the Kauai Coast Beach Boy Resort, by the grills, the pool, the hot tub and the firepit. It’s not a pool party but if you want to bring a swimsuit to change into later, feel free!

Wedding Day!

Wedding Day: August 8th, 2018

4:30 - 5pm: Take Your Seats
5 - 5:30pm: Ceremony
6 - 7pm: Pupus (Appetizers)
7 - 10pm: Reception

Group Activities

Yoga & Pilates with Paulette

On Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6 to 7 PM, a fabulous fitness instructor and good friend of ours, Paulette, will be leading a pilates / yoga class on the lawn at the Beachboy Resort. This activity is beginner friendly.

Snorkeling

We can do this almost any time, any day (except Wednesday August 8th of course). If you have your own mask and snorkel then bring it! If not, then it’s a pretty cheap rental.

Hiking

We want 1 day of hiking the waimea canyon, and are unsure about when it will fall. This activity is free and absolutely breathtaking. Maybe Monday or Friday.

Surfing Lessons

We want to get a group of us together to take surfing lessons! The bride, the groom, the bridal party and most likely members of their families will participate. Anyone who wishes to join is welcome to! We are not quite sure about what day to have this on, but maybe Monday, Thursday or Friday.

Family-Style Dinner

On Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings the Bride and Groom will be hosting family-style dinners at the Beachboy Resort in the condos. Meals will be vegan & gluten-free, but feel free to bring something of your own or help prepare a dish!

The Parting of Ways

Departures

The Bride and Groom will be moving to their honeymoon suite in the north side of Kapaa for Saturday night.
The Bride’s family and the Groom’s family will be departing on both Saturday August 11th and Sunday August 12th.

Dresses, skirts, shorts, short sleeved shirts, sandals, flip flops, hats, hawaiian shirts encouraged.

Wedding Day

Island Semi-Formal | Beach Semi-Formal
Semi-Formal dresses, slacks, shorts, collared shirts, dress shoes + sandals, semi-formal boat shoes, formal hawaiian shirts encouraged.
